The U.S. Dollar and the Beijing Olympics

  Date Tuesday, July 8th, 2008

China is the second largest foreign purchaser of U.S. debt.  They certainly have a need to support our dollar, since we are the number one purchaser of their goods.  Like with every other country that has hosted an Olympic games, China is taking on a great deal of debt in their preparations.  This will cause them to no longer be able to hold up the U.S. dollar, sending it lower by the end of 2009.  The inverse of all of this will certainly be higher and higher levels for gold and other precious metals.  www.aestocks.com will continue to provide incredible returns throughout this period, allowing for greater accumulation of hard assets such as precious metals.
